Four Seasons Produce Cooperative is member-owned and operated to collectively market our members’ produce to larger markets, otherwise out of reach. We are also a collaboration in popular education, support, and networking and a means for group purchasing.
Our board of directors is comprised of farmer members (4) and up to 3 independent associate members. The board is charged with setting policies and providing a vision for future cooperative business and activities.
Plans are currently underway to have an acting general manager to serve as a liaison between the farmers and buyers and to coordinate everyday logistics. Membership meetings are planned to decide on cooperative matters and to encourage direct participation from member farmers. Only farmer members will be allowed to vote and establish cooperative policies.
